We’re so proud to partner with our talented friends at Silverbird Roasting Co. They are a national award winning roaster making some of the best coffee in the country right here in the Twin Cities. Owners Tony & Caitlin Querio have 15+ years in Specialty Coffee and won U.S. Roaster Championship in 2017 plus a Good Food Award in 2023.
